Artificial Intelligence Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to assess and ensure the ethical development and deployment of AI models.Evaluate AI/ML, LLM, and GenAI models for bias, fairness, explainability, and robustness in compliance with industry standards.Conduct safety testing and adversarial analysis across AI pipelines to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.Perform model audits to ensure adherence to responsible AI principles and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to enforce responsible AI practices and implement RAI principles based on NIST AI RMF, OECD, ISO/IEC 42001, and industry standards.Develop and maintain tools for model explainability, fairness, and privacy to support the safe and reliable deployment of AI systems.Produce detailed evaluation reports, risk scores, and mitigation recommendations for stakeholders.
