Backend Engineer LeaderWe're seeking a seasoned Backend Engineer to lead our technology team in developing cutting-edge software solutions.Key Responsibilities:Architect and implement scalable backend systems using .Net and Python for API development, service orchestration, and data processing.Design and develop advanced AI pipelines using FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, and LLM orchestration pipelines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, particularly focusing on Bedrock, Lambda, ECS/EKS, Step Functions, S3, and SageMaker equivalents.Develop RAG architectures, embedding pipelines, and vector search integrations (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) for efficient data retrieval and analysis.Engineer prompt chaining, retrieval strategies, and dynamic context management to enhance model performance.Contribute to the design of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, event-driven design, and asynchronous message queues (Kafka, SNS/SQS).Ensure DevOps & CI/CD best practices by utilizing containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), and automated deployment pipelines.Maintain security and compliance standards through knowledge of IAM, data encryption, secure API gateways, and AI model governance.Requirements:Advanced proficiency in .Net and Python programming languages.Hands-on experience with FastAPI, LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, and LLM orchestration pipelines.Expert-level experience with AWS or Azure cloud architecture.Understanding of RAG architectures, embedding pipelines, and vector search integrations.Prompt engineering skills, including advanced chaining and retrieval strategies.Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, event-driven design, and asynchronous message queues expertise.DevOps & CI/CD knowledge, including containerization, IaC, and automated deployment pipelines.Knowledge of IAM, data encryption, secure API gateways, and AI model governance standards.Benefits:Competitive compensation package.Opportunities for growth and professional development.A collaborative and dynamic work environment.
