Design and Video Expert for B2B MarketingWe are seeking a highly skilled Designer/Video Editor with expertise in creating high-quality visual and video content for B2B marketing.This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to edit long-form podcast episodes into polished video and audio outputs, create short clips for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram, and develop visual identities for our own content.Edit long-form podcast episodes into polished video and audio outputsCut long-form content into short clips for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and InstagramAdd branding, lower-thirds, animations, intros/outros, and hooks to make content scroll-stoppingIn addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to:Support the wider design/creative team on client work during busy periodsAdapt and localise existing brand assets for different formats and platformsPrepare assets for paid campaigns (static, simple animated, and short-form video where needed)RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:4-5 years of experience as a Designer/Video Editor (or similar hybrid role)A strong portfolio of B2B marketing work (non-negotiable)Proven experience editing podcasts or long-form talking-head contentProven experience producing short-form vertical content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels, and Comfortable working with UK or international clients and remote teamsTools and Technical SkillsYou will need to be proficient in:Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve (strong proficiency in at least one is essential)After Effects (or equivalent) for motion graphics, templates, and light animationAdobe Photoshop & IllustratorFigma and/or Canva for fast-turnaround social and presentation visualsBonus RequirementsIf you have experience in:Some 3D/CGI or 3D animation experience (even if at a basic or template-driven level)Experience creating brand systems (colour, typography, layout, motion rules)it would be an added advantage.This is a fully remote role based in India. You will be required to work Monday to Friday - UK hours (9:00am to 5:30pm), which is typically 2:30pm to 11:00pm India time during winter and shifts to 1:30pm to 10:00pm during the UK's summer clock change.
