Investment Banking ProfessionalThe role of VP/SVP – Investment Banking (Pharma & Healthcare) entails originating, executing, and managing investment banking transactions within the Pharma, Healthcare, and Life Sciences sectors.Business OriginationAnalyze and identify new business opportunities across the Pharma, Healthcare, Hospitals, Diagnostics, MedTech, and Life Sciences verticals.Bolster senior-level client relationships with CXOs, promoters, PE/VC investors.Develop a robust deal pipeline aligned with the firm's investment banking strategy.Deal ExecutionLead end-to-end execution of transactions including M&A, private equity fund-raises, IPOs, QIPs, and structured finance deals.Manage due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, and preparation of pitch materials, IMs, and transaction documents.Collaborate with legal, tax, and regulatory advisors to ensure smooth deal closure.Sector ExpertiseStay current with market trends, sector developments, and valuation benchmarks within the Pharma and Healthcare industry.Provide sector insights and research-based inputs to internal teams and clients.Contribute to thematic reports and knowledge pieces that enhance the firm's positioning in the sector.Financial & Strategic GoalsAchieve annual origination and revenue targets.Enhance the firm's brand equity within the Pharma & Healthcare ecosystem.
