About Position:

We are looking for a talented Java Backend Developer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining backend services, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and efficient. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and working with modern technologies.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, high-availability, and scalable backend services using Java
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to design and implement microservices-based architecture
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services as required
- Implement and manage microservices using Spring Boot, ensuring high reliability and performance
- Work with cloud platforms to deploy, monitor, and manage applications
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using JSP
- Participate in code reviews, identify, and fix bugs to improve overall code quality
- Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Continuously optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure compliance with security and data protection best practices

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+
- Proficient in microservices architecture and RESTful API development
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience with Java Server Pages (JSP) is mandatory
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred
- Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling
- Experience with version control tools like Git
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
