Job Description
Overview of the Position:
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Actimize BA to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing and customizing Actimize solutions for banking and finance clients. This role involves working on AML solutions, performing requirement analysis, defining use cases, and supporting data integration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and customize Nice Actimize solutions, including AML, AIS, and RCM/ERCM modules.
Conduct comprehensive requirement analysis to determine necessary customizations.
Define use cases, scenarios, data feeds, and project scope.
Perform data assessment and manage integrations between systems communicating with IFM.
Collaborate to define roles and responsibilities within RCM solutions.
Support the tuning phase by understanding and fine-tuning parameters of Actimize.
Break down high-level requirements into actionable low-level specifications.
Analyze and work with data using SQL for insights and integration purposes.
Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Functional Specification Documentation (FSD).
Collaborate in a Global Delivery Model, ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (or three years of progressive experience for each year of education in lieu of a degree).
At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a relevant field.
At least 8–10 years of experience in the Banking and Finance domain, with:
Minimum 3–4 years of specific experience in Nice Actimize.
Expertise in AML solutions, AIS, and RCM/ERCM modules.
Hands-on experience with:
Requirement analysis and customization.
Use case and scenario definition.
Data feed scoping and system communication assessments.
Role definition and tuning parameter configuration for Actimize.
Proven ability to break down high-level requirements into actionable steps.
Strong skills in data analysis using basic SQL.
Experience in creating detailed BRD and FSD documentation.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proven ability to work in a collaborative Global Delivery Model.
