Check out our YouTube channel for reference on what kind of videos you will be working on: https://www.youtube.com/c/LearnOpenCV/videosThis will be a life-changing opportunity for a Motion Graphic Designer to learn all the nuts and bolts of video production in a close-knit team.Your RoleWe’re looking for a Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design specifically in Social media focused role to join our social media team to take our social media channels to the next level by translating brand messaging into interactive, engaging, and valuable content, through the mastery of design.Responsibilities:Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing materialCreate engaging storyboard for a videoConceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaignsDesign and produce a wide array of mediaDevelop our company brand to increase brand presenceSolid understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements, including image dimensions, file formats, and best practices.Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong communication skills to effectively present and explain design concepts and ideas.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality designs that meet brand guidelines.Ability to adapt quickly to changes and feedback, while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.Skills2-3 years of experience in Graphic DesigningExperience using design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and IllustratorGood team player who has a drive to thrive and growStrong knowledge of typography and color theoryDesign and develop visually stunning and on-brand graphics for social media platformsGood knowledge of Social media platformsUnderstand requirements and create design assets that align with the overall brand strategy.Create engaging and shareable infographics, illustrations, animations, and other visual elements to enhance social media campaigns and drive audience engagement.Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, and overall visual style across all social media platforms.Stay up to date with current design trends and techniques, continuously enhancing your skills and bringing fresh ideas to the team.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.Good to haveExperience with motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is advantageous.Knowledge of Ui/UX designing.
