Drive Business Growth with Solution Design ExpertiseWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of functional and technical solutions for new business acquisition activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategizing, leading, and designing solution development that aligns with our commercial solutions spectrum.Key Responsibilities:Develop compelling sales narratives and value proposition documents that drive client-facing discussions.Evaluate client requirements in collaboration with internal SMEs/tech experts, aligning them with our service propositions and operating model designs.Define solution models and budget creation for consulting, current engagement scale-up, new technology implementation, and legacy portfolio modernization across MarTech stack.Conduct discovery sessions with customers to shape opportunities and contribute to overall pipeline development.Architect pricing models, construct solutions, and orchestrate alignment between clients and internal stakeholders.Drive end-to-end bid management for large deals, author proposal responses, and actively lead proposal defense discussions, pricing negotiations, and SOW closures.Global markets coverage and mandate to drive growth across key and new accounts portfolio, working closely with sales and delivery leadership.Lead ideation sessions with internal leadership teams to identify innovative win themes and value propositions during proposal development.Articulate our value proposition to clients through written proposals and live presentations.Strategically align our tech offerings with emerging trends, including GenAI-driven solutions and digital transformation initiatives.Requirements:10+ years' experience in marketing and CX-oriented solutions selling.Proven experience in managing complex solution development for integrated and large deals.Experience in owning pricing estimations, client discovery discussions, and solution architecture.Hands-on experience in bid management, solution design, client presentations, and legal agreements (SOWs).Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive consensus and deliver tailored solutions.Exposure/understanding of pharma ecosystem preferred.Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.What We Offer:A unique career experience that celebrates entrepreneurship and is guided by passion, innovation, collaboration, and empathy.A global fast-track career where you can grow along with our high-speed growth.A differentiated career experience that will enable you to work at the exciting intersection of healthcare and technology.Mentorship from some of the most brilliant minds in the industry.Equal Employment Employer committed to the culture of Inclusion and Diversity.Indegene Values:Customer obsession as our driving force.Bold actions, nimble decision-making, and industrious work ethic.
