Seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our generative AI initiatives.The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Gen AI needs, including senior executives, to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.The role involves leading multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. This includes defining project deliverables, timelines, and methodologies.A strong team management background is essential, with experience in mentoring a team of specialists and fostering a collaborative environment.The successful applicant will be responsible for architecting and implementing advanced generative AI models to solve complex business problems.Thought leadership is also required, providing strategic insights and driving innovation within the organization.The individual must stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating cutting-edge technologies into projects.Required Skills:Educational Background: Master's or PhD in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields from top-tier institutions.Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on generative AI, deep learning, and NLP.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI and machine learning are desirable but not mandatory.Leadership: Demonstrable leadership ability, with experience managing and mentoring teams.Problem-Solving: Superior problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovative solutions.Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry trends and challenges.
