Job Title: Visual Content Creator We are seeking a skilled Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our post-production team, you will be responsible for creating and editing short 10-second videos that meet professional production quality standards. Key Responsibilities:Create and edit short 10-second videos as per supplied scripts/prompts.Deliver local edits (object/character change, attribute modification, insertion/removal) and global edits (background, lighting, environmental, or stylistic).Ensure every video includes realistic audio tracks and sound FX synced with motion.FOLLOW detailed shot descriptions and maintain metadata: script, timestamps of edits, and diarized transcript. Requirements:The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in video production/editing or post-production, proficiency with Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro/DaVinci Resolve/After Effects, and a strong understanding of cinematic principles—camera angles, lensing, lighting, and continuity.The selected candidate will work closely with our QA and annotation teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with the 'no-AI' policy. Deliverables include 10 s HD/4 K video (with audio), script/screenplay metadata file (JSON + timestamps), source project files (Premiere Pro/Resolve/AE), and optional BTS or reference stills proving human-shoot authenticity.
