In this critical role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top executive talent for key leadership positions across the organization in North America.This includes building targeted executive talent maps and pipelines to support near-term and future leadership hiring needs, conducting high-level assessments to understand executives' experience, leadership capabilities, and cultural alignment, and developing strategic plans to engage and secure top talent.As a trusted advisor, you will provide deep market intelligence and competitive insights that directly shape our executive hiring strategy. This involves navigating complex talent markets, building long-term relationships with senior candidates, and executing sourcing strategies that meet the organization's goals.Requirements for Success:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.At least 5 years of professional experience in talent sourcing, with at least 3 years focused on executive or leadership sourcing in the North America region.Proven track record of building pipelines for VP, SVP, C-suite, or other senior leadership roles.Experience working with recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent engagement strategies.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
