Job OverviewThe primary role of this position is to support business processes and operational activities to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.Support client business needs by understanding and communicating complex issues, operating rules, data, and standard procedures effectively.Understand, execute, and suggest improvements to pre-defined operational processes and systems.Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes with the Senior Data Analyst & Operations Delivery Lead.Stay up-to-date on new tools, techniques, and working models to continually improve/enhance processes and designs for quick adoption.Develop a strong understanding of operational processes, data, tools & technology to effectively translate business requirements into technology solutions.Become an expert in operational processes over time and apply that knowledge to optimize existing processes.Conduct quality checks and validations on all deliverables and report results back to the Operations Delivery Lead.Execute defined operational models for clients using standard operating procedures, quality assurance checks, governance criteria, roles and responsibilities, and assist the Senior Data Analyst & Operations Delivery Lead to define more efficient models including detailed documentation.Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different time zones to ensure smooth delivery to clients per pre-existing timelines.Assist the engineering team in implementing new operational procedures and/or improving existing ones by providing knowledge about operations and testing modified procedures.Test new/updated operational procedures to ensure accuracy.C coordinate multiple tasks to produce high-quality results.Work on multiple client tasks, strengthening analytic, task management, and communication skills.Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive value to the organization.Track unplanned internal & client tasks stemming from operational projects.Perform secondary research as needed.Investigate client questions related to operational deliveries, as required.
