The Role: Hardware Asset Management (HAM) ProfessionalWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle across enterprise environments.The ideal candidate will possess strong functional and technical knowledge of ServiceNow's IT Asset Management suite, and the ability to design, implement, and optimize asset management processes aligned with ITIL and organizational standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full hardware asset lifecycle — from procurement and deployment to retirement and disposal — across endpoints, datacenter, and cloud environments.Maintain accuracy and compliance in hardware asset records, ensuring data consistency across CMDB, Discovery, and HAM Pro.ServiceNow HAM Pro OperationsOperate and administer ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and HAM Workspace.Perform model management and normalization for hardware assets to ensure alignment with approved standards.Data Quality & ReconciliationIdentify and remediate data gaps in hardware inventory using Discovery, CMDB, and IntegrationHub.Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner with Procurement, IT Operations, SAM, and CMDB teams to ensure cohesive ITAM operations.About this OpportunityThis role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of our IT Asset Management strategy.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
