About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has a strong command of Python for backend development and is proficient in modern frontend frameworks (React or Angular).As a senior member of the team, you will not only contribute to high-quality code but also play a key role in mentoring junior developers and interacting with clients to translate requirements into technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Python on the backend and React or Angular on the frontend.Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other cloud services. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment cycles.Client Interaction: Act as a technical point of contact for clients, gathering requirements, providing updates, and ensuring solutions meet business needs.Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring best practices are followed.Architecture: Collaborate with the team to design scalable and secure software architecture.Required QualificationsExperience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in full-stack software development.Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency in Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).Frontend Skills: Solid experience with OR Angular.Cloud Experience: Basic knowledge of GCP is required; exposure to AWS or Azure is a plus.DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and version control (Git).Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)Experience in a client-facing role or stakeholder management.Proven track record of people management or mentoring a small team.Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Soft SkillsExcellent Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
