Job Title: Lead AI Software DeveloperAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning models. Your expertise in designing and building cutting-edge solutions will drive business growth and innovation.About the Role:The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in natural language processing, computer vision, and related concepts. They will also possess leadership skills to guide a team of engineers and researchers, ensuring strategies align with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop advanced AI/ML models to solve complex problems.Lead a team of engineers to ensure successful deployment of projects leveraging AI/ML technologies.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive innovation.Optimize model performance, conduct rigorous testing, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends.Mentor team members, promote best practices, and contribute to strategic decision-making within the organization.Requirements:Hands-on expertise in NLP, Computer Vision, programming, and related concepts.Leadership: Capable of leading and mentoring a team of AI engineers and researchers.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in implementing and optimizing advanced AI solutions using Deep Learning and NLP.Experience with Large Language Models and integration frameworks.Deep Learning OCR: Extensive experience implementing solutions using Deep Learning OCR algorithms.Neural Networks: Working knowledge of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs), Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).Python Expertise: Strong coding skills in Python, including related frameworks, best practices, and design patterns.Deployment: Experience deploying AI/ML solutions as a service or REST API endpoints on Cloud or Kubernetes.Cloud: Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services.Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.8+ years in IT with a focus on AI/ML practices and background.What We Offer:We provide a dynamic work environment that fosters innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
