Chief EPM Implementation Specialist

Job Role Summary:We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining EPM systems.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop scalable technical solutions using EPM tools.Build and maintain data transformation processes, ETL pipelines, and SQL-based logic to support planning and forecasting.Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.Develop TQL scripts, business rules, and calculations to support planning and forecasting.Design and manage data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies.Integrate EPM systems with external systems using data management tools and APIs.Ensure secure user provisioning and access control.Participate in performance tuning, testing, and deployment.Provide ongoing technical support and drive continuous improvement.Support UAT and SIT processes by preparing test scenarios documentation and assisting end users.Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience with EPM implementations.Strong understanding of financial processes.Hands-on experience in designing and deploying financial models and reports using various EPM tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.EPM certified Level 1/2/3 preferred Engineering or MCA or MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualifications.Soft Skills:Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
