Automation Specialist

Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to design, develop, and implement automation solutions. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing system layouts, developing PLC programs, and ensuring successful project execution.About the RoleKey Responsibilities:Analyze system layouts and descriptions in accordance with control engineering standards.Develop and test PLC programs using simulation protocols.Assist with acceptance testing and provide results to the Project Manager.Communicate effectively with customers during Design Assistance Phase (DAP) and commissioning.Provide technical coaching and guidance on technical difficulties.Explore cost-effective technologies and solutions to reduce costs.Required Skills and Qualifications:2+ years of experience in machine automation.Proficiency in Siemens (S7-300, S7-1200, & S7-1500) and Rockwell (MicroLogix, Compact Logix & Control Logix) automation systems.Ability to program in multiple languages, including ladder logic, FBD, SCL, and STL.Capacity to read and interpret PLC wiring diagrams and Control Narratives.
