Job DescriptionThis role is for someone who thoroughly understands the NEET ecosystem, excels in academic operations, and can create a comprehensive NEET category from scratch with full ownership.Key Responsibilities:Category Ownership & Strategy: Spearhead and develop the NEET vertical end-to-end (content, teachers, operations, product strategy).Plan academic calendar, learning journeys, and NEET course structure.Develop pricing, packaging, and scaling strategy for NEET batches.Teacher & Academic Management: Identify, hire, and coordinate with experienced NEET faculty (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).Manage subject matter experts for question banks, notes, tests, and study modules.Maintain high-quality academic standards that stand out in the NEET ecosystem.Content & Product Development: Oversee creation of lectures, DPPs, mock tests, PYQ modules, and crash courses.Coordinate with design, video, and technology teams to deliver an exceptional learning experience.Innovate formats that improve efficiency—micro-revisions, short theory capsules, hybrid content, etc.Operations & Execution: Manage day-to-day operations, class schedules, doubt solving, and planning.Ensure smooth coordination between teachers, ops, tech, and student support teams.Track academic progress, student feedback, and ensure timely execution.Marketing & Growth Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing team on launch campaigns and NEET brand positioning.Support YouTube integrations, ads, and outreach strategies.Analyse student behavior to improve conversion and retention.
