The role requires a deep understanding of supply planning, logistics, and distribution operations in emerging or African markets.The successful candidate will have a strong commercial acumen, ability to translate operational drivers into financial outcomes, and proficiency in ERP and planning systems (SAP, OMP, or equivalent) and advanced analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau). They will also possess strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across global teams.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.Post Graduate Studies (PGP/MBA/PGDM) or relevant professional certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) preferred.Minimum 18–20 years of progressive experience in end-to-end supply chain management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.Proven leadership experience managing multi-site, multi-country supply networks.BenefitsThis position offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry.
