This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, writing clean and scalable code, and collaborating closely with designers and strategists to bring digital experiences to life.What you’ll doBuild, customize, and maintain WordPress and WooCommerce websites, including both front-end themes and back-end functionalityWrite custom PHP code to develop plugins, modules, and unique site featuresHandle database management, optimize queries, and work with MySQL for smooth backend performanceIntegrate third-party APIs and external services into client websitesCollaborate with the design and strategy teams to turn mockups and wireframes into fully functional digital experiencesTroubleshoot issues, perform site migrations, and ensure cross-browser and device compatibilityFollow secure coding practices and ensure site speed, SEO, and scalability are maintainedWhat we’re looking for2–4 years of experience as a full-stack developer, with a strong focus on WordPressProficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and WordPress architectureExperience with API integrations, custom post types, and backend logic developmentStrong understanding of database design and optimizationFamiliarity with Git or other version control systemsDetail-oriented, with the ability to write clean, secure, and scalable codeExperience in an agency or client-service environment is a plusIf you are someone who enjoys building not just websites but smart, functional systems that push brands forward, we would love to meet you.
