Job Title: Business Insights AnalystRole Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our data team as a business insights analyst.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and collect requirements for client projects.Create processes around data collection from various sources, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Extract financial and non-financial data from diverse sources such as presentations, websites, databases, financial reports, charts, and graphs.Identify potential errors and outliers in data based on defined checks.Develop reports and send them to stakeholders, meeting established timelines and quality standards.Achieve process targets related to productivity, quality, and performance.Ensure adherence to documented process guidelines and suggest enhancements for improvement.Report performance status and escalations to the team leader.Requirements:Proficiency in working with Advanced MS Excel is essential.A graduate degree (B.Tech/MBA/B.Com) with 2-3 years of experience in back office processing is required.A good understanding of finance is necessary.Excellent communication skills are required.Prior knowledge of Python, the Alternative Asset Industry, and database tools like MYSQL is preferred.
