Drive Digital Growth and Optimize PerformanceA fast-paced, innovative role is available for a skilled Performance Manager who will scale our digital presence, optimize performance, and lead data-driven campaigns that drive conversions.This key position oversees paid ads, analytics, funnels, customer acquisition, and performance optimization while collaborating closely with the content, merchandising, and creative teams to achieve business goals.Key Responsibilities:Paid Performance & Digital Advertising:Develop and execute paid ad campaigns across leading platforms to maximize efficiency and profitability.Build high-converting campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, festive gifting, and trending collections.Monitor and improve ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, and CAC to drive sales growth.Data, Analytics & Reporting:Track daily performance metrics and identify actionable insights to inform campaign optimizations.Design and implement dashboards to monitor sales funnels, customer journeys, and micro-conversions.Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, landing pages, offers, and funnel stages.Funnel Optimization:Map, design, and optimize the full marketing funnel: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Repeat Purchase → Advocacy.Improve website conversion rate, cart recovery, and overall paid campaign performance.Collaborate with the e-commerce team to suggest improvements for speed, UX, and product-page conversions.Creative & Content Coordination:Provide strategic guidance to the content/creative team on trends, messaging, hooks, and ad angles that drive results.Assist in developing SEO-friendly product descriptions, reels, UGC concepts, and high-impact creatives.Brand & Growth Strategy:Identify growth opportunities across gifting seasons, festivals, influencer collaborations, and new product categories.Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends.Support launch planning for collections, bundles, holiday campaigns, and seasonal drops.Requirements:Proven experience in performance marketing or growth roles (D2C, e-commerce, fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle preferred).Strong understanding of meta ads manager, Google Ads, analytics, e-commerce data, and marketing attribution models.Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with agility and creativity.Strong communication skills and trend awareness.Benefits:Be part of a rapidly growing Affordable Luxury brand redefining trends in jewelry.Creative freedom to test, innovate, and drive impact.Flexible work culture with high autonomy and learning opportunities.Opportunity to see your ideas directly translate into real-time sales and brand growth.Work closely with the core team building the future of luxury fashion.
