International Trade Operations ManagerThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of international trade operations.Liaise with suppliers, clients, shipping companies, customs authorities, and internal teams to ensure timely and compliant import and export of goods.Prepare and verify all relevant shipping and customs documentation as per Indian and international trade requirements.Coordinate with logistics partners to arrange for transportation, warehousing, and timely delivery of goods.Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations under DGFT, Customs, GST, and other relevant authorities.Monitor shipments, update stakeholders on status, and proactively resolve issues or delays.Handle applications for import/export licences, letters of credit, and other relevant permits.Co-ordinate with banks and prepare relevant documentation for opening of accounts, custom duty payment, etc.Negotiate freight rates and service contracts with shipping lines and logistics providers.Maintain accurate records of all shipments, costs, and correspondence for audit and reporting purposes.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the execution of export and import transactions.Verify shipping and customs documentation.Arrange transportation, warehousing, and delivery of goods.Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.Resolve shipment issues.Requirements:Strong knowledge of international trade operations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
