About the Role: Are you a Frontend, Backend, or Full Stack Development Lead ready to set up and lead a team building and maintaining world-class products? If you enjoy mentoring, solving complex challenges, and driving technical excellence — this is your chance to make a big impact. Responsibilities : Lead and mentor a talented team of frontend and backend developers. Collaborate with product, design, and development squads in Norway. Define and uphold best practices in coding, testing, and delivery. Introduce modern tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and quality. Stay ahead of tech trends and share insights to guide the team. Ensure performance, scalability, and security across applications.
