Senior Data Engineering ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineering Manager to lead the development of our cloud-native data warehouse on Amazon Web Services (AWS).Develop a modern data warehousing architecture using AWS services, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.Leverage your technical expertise to manage and mentor a team of data engineers, delivering enterprise-grade data solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration of data platforms.Key Requirements:A minimum of 7 years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years working in cloud-based environments (preferably AWS).Demonstrated hands-on experience with AWS S3, Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Step Functions, and other core AWS services.Proficiency in SQL and Python for data transformation and automation.Proven ability to build and manage data models and pipelines for large-scale data environments.A solid understanding of data warehousing principles, data lakes, and modern data architecture.Experience leading and mentoring data engineering teams.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Power BI, Snowflake on AWS, or Databricks.Knowledge of DevOps practices such as Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).Familiarity with data governance and security frameworks in AWS.This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of our cloud-native data warehouse.
