Engineering Lead OpportunityWe are seeking an accomplished Engineering Lead to play a pivotal role in building the technology backbone across multiple ventures. As a leader, you will architect scalable products, manage engineering execution, and collaborate closely with product, design, and venture leadership to convert zero-to-one ideas into tangible, market-ready solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead engineering execution for 2–4 ventures simultaneously, from MVP to scalable product.Drive architectural decisions, technology stack selection, and long-term platform planning.Own code quality, performance, security, and scalability.Requirements:10–15 years of software engineering experience; 5+ years of leading teams.Strong stakeholder and cross-functional management experience.Hands-on expertise with architecture, SDLC, delivery pipelines.Experience in Agile / Scrum / SAFe environments.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.Desirable Skills:Strong backend proficiency in Python, JavaScript.Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).System design, microservices, API, and database architecture.What We’re Looking For:A builder mindset with strong execution and ownership.Clear communication skills with a collaborative spirit.Passion for coaching, growth, and engineering excellence.Ability to thrive in fast-moving, venture-driven environments.This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our ventures and create real-world impact.
