Senior ISU Billing Functional Consultant RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team of consultants and oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of 4-5 ISU Billing Functional Consultants, handling incident and change requests, coordinating with the offshore team, interacting with customers, and delivering projects within budget.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Guide a team of consultants in delivering high-quality projects.Problem-Solving: Handle incident and change requests efficiently.Communication: Coordinate with the offshore team and interact with customers effectively.Project Delivery: Ensure timely completion and budget adherence for all projects.Requirements:Experience: At least 1 support/maintenance project experience and 1 development project experience as an ISU Billing Functional Consultant.Skills: Hands-on experience with billing master data, knowledge of interlinking between contracts, contract accounts, business partners, and installations, familiarity with special billing processes, and experience with mass processing for billing, invoicing, collective invoicing, bill prints, and mass scheduler.Technical Requirements: A complete understanding of payment plans and their integration with FI/CA is essential.Desirable Skills:Business Acumen: Inclination to understand and learn application/business functionality.Communication: Good communication skills are necessary for effective coordination with teams and customers.Adaptability: Fast learning ability and adaptability to new technologies and processes are required.Attention to Detail: Attention to detail, discipline, reliability, high motivation, and confidence levels are essential for success in this role.BenefitsThis senior-level position offers a competitive salary range of ₹700,000 to ₹2,100,000 per year, considering the location and typical salary ranges for senior professionals in the field.
