Your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality, engaging, and informative content that resonates with our audience.Key Responsibilities:Financial & Insurance Content CreationCreate comprehensive content for insurance products, including long-form and short-form articles, research-based blogs, explainers, guides, landing pages, scripts, newsletters, and thought-leadership content.Break down complex policy features, claims processes, benefits, exclusions, and regulatory updates into human-friendly content that is easy to understand.Data Interpretation & Insight WritingAnalyse datasets, actuarial insights, claim statistics, industry reports, and consumer patterns to gain valuable insights.Convert raw data into visual figures, structured comparisons, charts, insights, and narratives that support content credibility.AI-Assisted Writing + HumanisationUse AI tools to generate structured drafts, outlines, or research summaries, and then refine them to ensure accuracy and quality.Humanise AI-generated content by polishing tone, injecting clarity, adding emotion, improving accuracy, and aligning it with our brand voice.Content Strategy & StructuringDevelop SEO-optimised content structures for insurance keywords to enhance our online presence.Build content templates, guidelines, and predictable narrative flows to maintain consistency across all financial content.Compliance & AccuracyEnsure all content aligns with IRDAI guidelines, internal compliance checks, and legal requirements.Verify every claim, benefit, and feature to guarantee factual accuracy.Required Skills & QualificationsCore ExpertiseStrong command over financial and insurance concepts.Exceptional writing, editing, and structuring skills.Ability to simplify complex jargon.Strong grasp of consumer psychology and readability.Technical & Analytical SkillsProficiency in insurance research, market benchmarking, and data interpretation.Ability to convert data into comparative tables, matrices, and figures.Understanding of SEO for financial content.Ability to break down regulatory updates clearly.AI + Content OperationsFamiliarity with AI writing tools and ability to refine and humanise AI-generated drafts.Fast learner of internal content workflows and writing SOPs.Preferred ExperienceInsurance, Fintech, BFSI, Wealth Management, or Related Industries3–5+ years of experience in creating high-quality financial content.Experience creating data-backed financial explainers.Familiarity with IRDAI guidelines and insurance documentation.Experience with content for web, social, performance marketing, and sales enablement.OthersWe offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
