Product Design Leader for Strategic InitiativesThis role is a fantastic opportunity to lead the design of complex, logic-based and AI-native products.As a Product Design Leader, you will be responsible for owning the user experience for our AI Agents Platform.You will take complete ownership of shaping product requirements, collaborating with Engineering and Product leadership, and driving strategic product decisions.This is your chance to lead the design for a cutting-edge, high-impact global product that handles over 1 billion API requests per month.A minimum of 8 years of experience in product design, with at least 2+ years in a lead or management role where you mentored others.Exceptional skills in both interaction (UX) and visual (UI) design, with expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools.The ability to thrive on difficult challenges and navigate complex product development processes.Strategic product thinking, with a focus on metrics, user adoption, and business goals.Autonomy to influence the roadmap and make calls that unblock engineering and design.Impact: Your work—and your team's work—will be visible and critical to the company's success.Problem space: You'll be designing at the cutting edge of AI and customer communications—one of the most exciting fields in tech today.Decisive leadership and the ability to make hard calls.Strategic product thinking and a focus on metrics, user adoption, and business goals.Mastery of tools and AI, with expertise in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
