Job Title: Microsoft Solutions DeveloperWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Microsoft Solutions Developer with a strong focus on designing, developing, and deploying innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.In this role, you will be responsible for creating seamless, automated, and user-friendly solutions that drive business efficiency and enhance customer experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.About the Role:Copilot Studio Development:You will design, develop, and deploy sophisticated chatbots and virtual assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio to create engaging and effective conversational experiences.You will implement natural language understanding (NLU) and dialog flows to analyze and optimize chatbot performance through analytics and user feedback.Power Platform Development:You will develop and maintain custom business applications using Power Apps (canvas, model-driven, and portals) to streamline business processes.You will design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to create seamless interactions between systems.You will utilize Dataverse to design and manage data models and ensure data integrity.Solution Design and Implementation:You will gather and analyze business requirements to design and develop effective Power Platform solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic goals.You will collaborate with stakeholders to conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality solutions.You will document technical specifications, design documents, and user manuals.Collaboration and Communication:You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide technical guidance and support to end-users.You will stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices to participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
