Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled motion designer to lead our global creative production team. This role combines creative craftsmanship with technical leadership, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, CGI, special effects (SFX), visual effects (VFX), CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing.The successful candidate will oversee a multi-disciplinary team of artists, animators, and editors who bring static campaigns to life by turning creative ideas into cinematic brand experiences for global clients across retail, digital, and life sciences.They will be responsible for elevating the craft of motion design, shaping strategies, and driving innovation in post-production processes.A successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional creativity, and the ability to balance artistic vision with technical expertise.
