You'll combine traditional development skills with accelerated tooling—writing code where it matters, leveraging platforms where they're faster, and making pragmatic decisions to maximize delivery speed without sacrificing quality.What You'll DoBuild production applications using Python/NodeJs/Go, FlutterFlow, Supabase, n8nDesign and implement APIs, webhooks, and database architectures for scalabilityDeploy and manage self-hosted open source solutions in production environmentsWrite custom code (backend, frontend, or mobile) when tools hit limitationsUse AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate implementationMonitor application performance, optimize bottlenecks, and implement security best practicesOwn production deployments, debugging, and incident managementRequired Experience3+ years as a Backend, Frontend, Mobile, or Full-Stack DeveloperStrong programming fundamentals in at least one programming languageExperience designing REST/GraphQL APIs and database schemasProduction deployment and operations experienceUnderstanding of application security, performance optimization, and monitoringLocated in or willing to relocate to Noida, IndiaTechnical SkillsHands-on experience with platforms like Supabase, Firebase, or similar BaaSComfort with automation tools (n8n, Make.com, Zapier)Experience with FlutterFlow/Webflow/ERPNext or similar rapid development frameworks (preferred)Understanding of webhooks, pub/sub patterns, and event-driven architecturesFamiliarity with self-hosting and managing open source applicationsYou're a Great Fit IfYou've built real applications from scratch and managed them in productionYou know when to code custom solutions vs. configure existing toolsYou care about shipping features that solve customer problemsYou're comfortable with modern AI coding assistants and rapid iterationYou balance move-fast mentality with production reliability
