Strategic Business LeaderThe role of a strategic business leader is to serve as the critical strategic link between business stakeholders and engineering teams.This leadership position requires a seasoned analyst with deep domain expertise in financial services to lead the analysis of intricate financial workflows, map complex regulatory frameworks, define risk thresholds, and design operational models.Key Responsibilities:Lead Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Drive workshops with senior stakeholders across multiple departments to elicit analyze and document complex business requirements.Create High-Quality Functional Documentation: Author and maintain comprehensive documentation including user stories acceptance criteria process flow diagrams functional specifications and data mapping documents.Serve as the Domain Expert: Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert providing continuous clarification on business rules financial logic and regulatory constraints.Map Regulatory and Compliance Frameworks: Analyze and interpret regulatory guidelines translate them into concrete system requirements and controls.Required Qualifications:Must-Have:Professional Experience: 10+ years experience as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years in a senior or lead capacity within the financial services industry.Deep Domain Expertise: Demonstrable in-depth knowledge in one or more areas essential such as Digital Assets/Cryptocurrency (Custody Settlement or Trading) Regulatory Technology (RegTech).Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of modern software development API-driven microservices architectures.Nice-to-Have (Highly Desirable):Specific Product Experience: Direct experience working on lending platforms real-time payment/settlement systems or stablecoin projects.Formal Methodologies: Certification or proficiency in formal modeling languages like UML or ArchiMate.Data Analysis Skills: Experience with SQL and data analysis tools to query data and validate requirements.Working Conditions:Immediate start in Hyderabad.
