AI Engineer PositionWe are seeking an experienced AI engineer to lead our efforts in developing and maintaining cutting-edge artificial intelligence systems.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, including experience with production-grade LLM or RAG systems.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement reliable, high-accuracy AI systems that power mission-critical workflows.Buid and maintain the LLMOps stack using tools like LangGraph, LangSmith, MLflow, Kubernetes, async inference, and cloud LLM providers.Develop and maintain MCP server integrations for robust runtime execution across agents and tools.Implement evaluation frameworks and guardrails minimizing hallucinations, reducing drift, and cutting token/cost overhead.Own system observability & performance, including latency, throughput, cost optimization, caching, and retrieval quality.Requirements:5+ years of experience in software or ML engineering, including production-grade LLM or RAG systems.Strong Python engineering skills and hands-on experience with RAG, agent architectures, tool-calling, and text-to-SQL copilots.Proven experience with MCP servers, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented architectures.Expertise in agent development, LLM integration workflows, prompt engineering, and runtime orchestration systems.
