Explore exciting opportunities at the intersection of healthcare and technology on our careers page.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for strategizing, leading, and designing functional and technical solution development for new business acquisition activities related to our commercial solutions spectrum.This includes omnichannel, content factory, web factory, CX, and data-oriented solutions. You will demonstrate thought leadership, solution innovation, and architecture design for RFPs and client engagement avenues.In this role, you will evaluate client requirements in collaboration with internal SMEs/tech experts, aligning them with our service propositions, operating model designs, effort estimations, SLA definitions, etc.Develop compelling sales narratives, value proposition documents, business cases, and CXO-level discussion materials.Drive client-facing discussions and define solution models and budget creation for consulting, current engagement scale-up, new technology implementation, legacy portfolio modernization across MarTech stacks.Conduct discovery sessions with customers to shape opportunities and contribute to overall pipeline development.Skills and QualificationsThis position requires an MBA graduate with 10+ years' experience in marketing and CX-oriented solutions selling. Prior experience in managing complex solution development for integrated and large deals is essential.You should have proven experience in MarTech, omnichannel, web factory, and large-scale centralization projects.
