Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain PostgreSQL database to ensure efficiency, reliability, and data integrity.
  • Write complex SQL queries and optimize existing queries for improved performance.
  • Develop UI components using ketteQ framework which uses Apache Echarts and JaveScript frameworks.
  • Integrate PostgreSQL database with UI components and test out data interaction between them.
  • Create Python script to load the data from excel to PostgreSQL and integrate Ketteq jobs within python scripts.
  • Experience of working on at least one ETL tool (informatica, Talend preferably)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into database solutions.
  • Lead data requirements and technical design sessions to understand customer data and system requirements.
  • Perform troubleshooting and analysis to assess root cause of data issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify process improvements for database performance, reliability and stability and implement best practices to maintain optimal performance and optimize SQL queries for maximum efficiency.
  • Involve in creating test scenarios to complete the System Integration Testing and Use
  • Acceptance Testing for the quality of the extracted and merged data.
  • Deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and in a way that accomplishes client goals.


Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • • Understanding of supply chain planning concepts is a must.
  • • Good experience in working on large data engineering/implementation projects.
  • • Strong experience with relational database such as SQL server.
  • • Experience in SQL, T-SQL, KetteQ writing stored procedures and functions.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • • An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus.
  • • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
