As the technical leader of the mobile team, they will guide product direction, mentor developers, and ensure the delivery of clean, scalable, and well-tested code across platforms.Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead design and development of mobile applications for Android, iOS, and Flutter, define architectural standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for multi-platform development, make key technology decisions, review and optimize mobile application performance, scalability, and security.Hands-On Development: Develop robust codebases in Kotlin/Java for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Dart for Flutter, build advanced UI/UX experiences, animations, and custom components, integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud services, push notifications, and platform-specific features, manage CI/CD pipelines for mobile releases.Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of mobile developers (Flutter, Android, iOS), provide code reviews, technical coaching, and continuous upskilling, collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to align technical solutions with strategic goals, drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies and foster a high-performance engineering culture.Quality Assurance & Delivery: Implement automated testing strategies, ensure code quality, security, and compliance with platform guidelines, oversee release cycles, versioning, and deployment processes, troubleshoot critical production issues and lead root-cause analysis.
