We’re looking for a Community Manager who has great instincts, good taste, and a natural feel for human communication.You will engage on behalf of our clients’ Instagram and LinkedIn accounts. Your job is to leave thoughtful, human, persona-aligned comments that help grow their visibility and build real relationships.What you’ll doDaily engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn for several client accountsWrite comments that sound natural, warm, and personalMatch the voice, personality, and industry of each accountSpot opportunities for meaningful interactionsTrack engagement quality and share simple weekly summariesOccasionally brainstorm conversation starters or engagement anglesWhat you needExcellent written EnglishSharp intuition for tone, taste, and online behaviourAbility to comment like a human being, not an AI modelUnderstanding of LinkedIn and Instagram cultureReliability, consistency, and attention to detailAbility to follow brand personas and switch styles easilyStrong sense of aesthetics and emotional intelligenceNice to haveExperience in social media, community building, brand voice, or copywritingCuriosity about communication, psychology, or brandingPrevious work with creative or digital agenciesAbout the roleFully remotePart-time (flexible hours, but consistent daily engagement is required)Competitive hourly rateLong-term collaboration preferredTraining provided on each client’s tone of voice and personaWho this role fitsSomeone who genuinely enjoys people, conversations, and thoughtful communication.Someone who can write comments that feel real.Someone who understands nuance and knows when to be professional, when to be warm, when to be brief, and when to add personality.If you’re the kind of person who naturally writes comments that get replies, this role is for you.
