Job Title:ServiceNow Cloud Infrastructure ExpertAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Cloud Infrastructure Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Discovery processes to ensure a reliable and accurate CMDB across on-premises and cloud environments.Key Responsibilities:Discovery Process Design: Lead the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of ServiceNow Discovery across data centers, private cloud, and public cloud platforms.Cloud Integration: Configure and maintain Cloud Discovery integrations for AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, and Kubernetes.Discovery Pattern Development: Develop and optimize Discovery Patterns, Probes, and Sensors to ensure comprehensive coverage of hybrid IT.MID Server Management: Manage MID Servers for both on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring secure, scalable communication.Data Integration: Integrate Discovery outputs with CMDB, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management modules.Credential Management: Define and maintain credentials & API integrations (IAM roles, service accounts, OAuth) for cloud providers.CMDB Accuracy: Ensure CMDB accuracy, completeness, and relationship mapping for cloud-native and traditional infrastructure.Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve Discovery issues across network, VM, and cloud-native services.Collaboration: Collaborate with CloudOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams to align Discovery with cloud governance and FinOps.Documentation: Document processes, patterns, and best practices for hybrid-cloud CMDB management.About You:This role requires expertise in ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping), strong technical knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, and hands-on experience with multi-cloud visibility.
