Senior React Native DeveloperAbout the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Senior React Native Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our core mobile product. As a key member of our technical foundation, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of our mobile application using React Native and Expo (EAS).Key Responsibilities:Architect and enhance high-performance Design System using TypeScript and component API best practices.Develop and maintain Network Layer ensuring efficient data fetching, robust error handling, effective caching strategies, and streamlined data transformation.Drive app performance optimization focusing on reducing re-renders, minimizing Bridge traffic, leveraging JSI for smooth animations, and optimizing bundle/startup time.Take full ownership of core mobile features from concept to deployment.Contribute to high code quality through rigorous peer review and knowledge sharing.Requirements:5+ years software development experience with 3+ years dedicated to React Native for cross-platform mobile apps.Expert proficiency in React Native core principles, Expo (including EAS), TypeScript, and modern state management.Proven experience in profiling and optimizing complex mobile applications and resolving common performance bottlenecks.Deep experience architecting and building Design Systems with a focus on modularity, scalability, and performance.Extensive experience designing and managing the network/data fetching layer, including advanced use of state management for server data.Strong product sense championing user-centric design to deliver the simplest, most intuitive experience.Proficiency in backend integrations and experience with cloud platforms.
