Objectives of this RoleSource candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipelineScreen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.Providing recruitment reports to team managers.Network and build contacts to source candidates better in the future. Daily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesWrite and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channelsSource, screen and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical rolesInterview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioural questions)Proven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical Recruiter in Service HiringTechnical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT rolesExperience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidatesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong tenacity and ability to build a solid network Skills and QualificationsProven work experience in recruitment - ideally as a Technical RecruiterHands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. Teams)Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT rolesExperience using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source quality candidatesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong tenacity and ability to build a solid network"Permanent Job Opportunity with Alp Consulting"
