We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and believe the best ideas can come from anyone in the company.Develop APIs and backend systems for frontend clients, including Android mobile app.Integrate with payment systems, identity providers, and messaging platforms.Built new financial products.Scale backend services to growing traffic and complexity.Key Skills & QualificationsStrong experience (3-8 years) of building backend software for web-based or mobile products.Leveraging modern AI tools for efficiency.Knowledge of software development fundamentals, including computer science fundamentals, distributed systems, data storage, and agile development methodologies.Pragmatic approach combining technology and product needs.Highly entrepreneurial, taking ownership and initiative.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Excited about working in a distributed team and company.Experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data architectures.Data Modeling and Organization best practices.Hands on experience with toolstack similar to dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Metabase.Proficiency in Python or similar programming language.
