The Tendering Manager will be responsible for managing and preparing tenders, overseeing procurement processes, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions. The role also involves coordination with various departments for project execution, supplier management, and contributing to sales activities to secure new projects. The Tendering Manager will play a crucial role in project management and compliance with client and organizational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, track, and evaluate relevant government tenders (GEDA, SECI, MNRE, DISCOM, PSU, etc.)Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, and scope of workCoordinate with internal teams (Design, Estimation, Finance, Legal) for cost estimation and documentationPrepare, compile, and submit bids on e-tendering platforms (GeM, CPP, NIC, etc.)Handle pre-bid meetings, client queries, and ensure timely submissionMaintain relationships with government departments and nodal agencies for upcoming opportunitiesKeep management updated through regular tender MIS and status reportsQualificationsStrong experience in Tender Management, including preparation and submission of tendersKnowledge of Procurement processes and supplier managementProficiency in Sales strategies to secure projectsDemonstrated skills in Project Management and cross-functional team coordinationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in an on-site environment in SuratPrior experience in the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
