Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at Neevilas Homes located in New Delhi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls, providing customer support and assistance, and delivering product training to customers. The role requires strong communication and sales skills, as well as a focus on customer service.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Support skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to provide product training to customers
- Experience in telesales or similar role
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Hindi
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
