You'll have the opportunity to work on complex projects, develop new skills, and collaborate with other professionals in the field.You'll be responsible for architecting the next generation of our intelligent backend, integrating agents with backend APIs, databases, and workflows.We're looking for someone who can design RAG pipelines optimized for multi-modal knowledge bases, build autonomous AI agents that reason, plan, and call tools via LangGraph, OpenAI SDK, or custom logic.Create event-driven and streaming architectures using WebSockets and queues for real-time AI responses.Develop observability and cost tracking systems for long-running or multi-step agent processes.Project Examples:Neonatology researchers building an assessment for premature babies.Jails and prisons predicting suicide, violence, addiction, and recidivism.Identifying PTSD and TBI in front line combat troops.Homeless organizations identifying people who can be helped off the street.Oncologists predicting drug timing for cancer patients.Predicting treatment responses for psychiatry patients.Many more.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:Hands-on experience with backend systems and AI orchestration.Strong understanding of LangGraph, OpenAI SDK, and custom logic.Ability to design RAG pipelines and integrate agents with backend APIs, databases, and workflows.Familiarity with event-driven and streaming architectures, as well as observability and cost tracking systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
