Job Description – Lead Software Engineer - UI (SDE-3) Position: UI Lead Experience: 8–10 Years Location: Bangalore (on-site) Company: Lifesigns Medtech Pvt. Ltd.   About Us Lifesigns Medtech Pvt. We design and build products that bring efficiency, reliability, and innovation to hospitals and healthcare providers.   Role Overview We are looking for an experienced UI Lead with strong expertise in modern web technologies to drive the design and development of our frontend applications. The ideal candidate will lead the UI team, define technical strategies, ensure best practices, and deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly interfaces. Key Responsibilities • Lead the frontend/UI team and oversee the development of responsive, scalable web applications. • Architect and implement solutions using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. • Collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences. • Define coding standards, enforce best practices, and conduct code reviews. • Optimize application performance, accessibility, and security. • Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and drive continuous improvement. • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building. • Ensure timely delivery of UI components and integration with backend services. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • 8–10 years of frontend development experience with a proven track record of leading UI teams. • Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3. • Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design. • Experience in state management (Redux, Context API, or similar). • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend systems. • Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.). • Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility standards, and UI testing frameworks.   Good to Have • Experience in healthtech, medtech, or IoT-based platforms. • Knowledge of TypeScript and component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, etc.). • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized environments. • Experience with design systems and UI/UX collaboration tools (Figma, Zeplin).   What We Offer • Opportunity to design and lead UI for healthcare solutions impacting millions. • Collaborative and innovative culture with a strong engineering focus. • Competitive compensation and benefits package. • Career growth and leadership opportunities in a rapidly scaling healthtech company   If you would like to be part of this exciting journey with Lifesigns, connect with hrmedtech@lifesigns.us
