Firstsource | Crowdsourcing Platform Lead

Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Crowdsourcing Platform Lead to design, implement, and manage our crowdsourcing platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in setting up and managing crowdsourcing platforms, ensuring seamless execution of projects, and fostering a community of contributors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Platform Setup and Management: Design, configure, and manage our crowdsourcing platform, ensuring it meets business requirements and user needs.
2. Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute crowdsourcing projects, defining project scope, timelines, and budgets.
3. Community Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, engage, and retain a diverse community of contributors, ensuring high-quality contributions.
4. Content Creation and Curation: Develop and curate high-quality content, including project descriptions, guidelines, and tutorials, to support contributor engagement.
5. Quality Control and Assurance: Implement quality control processes to ensure contributed content meets project requirements and standards.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze platform data, and provide insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions.
7. Stakeholder Management: Communicate with internal stakeholders, including project sponsors, to ensure platform alignment with business objectives.
8. Platform Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize the platform to improve user experience, contributor engagement, and project outcomes.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 10+ years of experience in managing or setting up crowdsourcing platforms.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with platform APIs and integrations.
3. Project Management: Proven experience in project planning, execution, and management, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
5. Analytical: Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
6. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and resolve contributor concerns.
Nice to Have:
1. Crowdsourcing Expertise: Experience with crowdsourcing models, such as micro tasking, macro tasking, or contest-based crowdsourcing.
2. Community Building: Experience in building and managing online communities, with a focus on contributor engagement and retention.
3. Data Science: Familiarity with data science concepts, such as machine learning and natural language processing.
