Expert Backend ArchitectThe ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and owning the core backend services utilizing Node.js.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop REST and/or GraphQL APIs, message-based systems, real-time endpoints, and background jobs.Choose and define the tech stack, modular architecture, component libraries, team coding standards, testing strategy, and deployment patterns.Collaborate with frontend teams and UX/UI designers to ensure backend and UI are in perfect sync.Lead and mentor a lean backend team, promoting best practices and driving innovation.Requirements:Senior-level experience (4+ years) of building backend systems in Node.js and related web technologies.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and ops mindset.Strong collaborative, proactive, and mentoring skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a reputable institution.
