Job purpose

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to join our growing PHINIA IT team as Lead SAP BASIS This position will support us in sustainment (operations), ERP projects delivery & transformation of ERP ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to join PHINIA IT team and be part of the SAP S/4 transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Hosting and BASIS workstream, encompassing both day-to-day operations and strategic S/4 Transformation, Data Center Migration and Azure Cloud Migration initiatives.
• Oversee the end-to-end management of On-Premises and Azure Cloud SAP Ecosystem Infrastructure with internal teams and external vendors (design, implementation, upgrades, patching, Monitoring & Performance Tuning, Yearly Disaster Recovery Testing, Cloud Integration and Migrations, SAP Bolt-on/Add-ons management and Monthly SAP Planned Downtime Management)
• Provide SAP Hosting and BASIS operational excellence with KPIs/SLA adherence, Incident Management, Change Management, Availability Management, Capacity Management, License Management, Software Renewals Management, IT SOX Audit Management, Knowledge Management.
• Hands-on experience in executing large end-to-end Implementations and/or large Cloud Migrations of SAP Applications, HANA Database Migration, Upgrades, OS/DB Migrations, S/4HANA Conversion Projects.
• In-depth technical core competence in On-Premises and Azure Cloud SAP Infrastructure and Hosting Services, Active Directory, LINUX, Scripting, Oracle/SQL Database, ECC, GRC, FIORI, SSO, SAP Content Server, EDI, and Azure Cloud SAP Applications
• Expert in Solution Manager setups for ChaRM, Solution Documentation, System and Application Monitoring, E2E and RCA Monitoring, Integration Monitoring, Business Process Management Monitoring and Job Monitoring.
• Knowledge of new dimensional SAP products, technologies and methodologies (SAP BTP, SDI, SLT) Undertake any other ad-hoc projects in technology architecture space for PHINIA as assigned.

• University degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
