InputZero is seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Technical Architect / Senior Team Lead – Development to lead end-to-end application development and architect scalable, high-performance solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Full-Stack Development, OpenStack, and modern application architectures, with hands-on leadership experience in building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.About the RoleLead end-to-end application development and architect scalable, high-performance solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of applications using object-oriented programming (OOPS) principles.Architect and implement microservices-based, scalable, and secure systems aligned with business goals.Drive Gen AI–enabled application development, integrating AI/ML capabilities into enterprise solutions.Provide technical leadership to development teams, including code reviews, design reviews, and best-practice enforcement.Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Oversee full-stack development across backend, frontend, APIs, and integrations.Ensure applications are built using Agile/Scrum methodologies, with continuous improvement and delivery focus.Guide teams on cloud-native and OpenStack-based deployments, performance optimization, and scalability.Mentor team members, support skill development, and contribute to hiring and team growth initiatives. Qualifications7+ years of hands-on experience in application development and technical leadership roles. Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Python and full-stack development (frontend + backend).Solid understanding of OOPS concepts, design patterns, and SOLID principles.Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures.Hands-on experience with OpenStack and cloud-native application development.Experience with end-to-end application lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Strong knowledge of REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.Working experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).Preferred SkillsExperience with AI/ML integration in applications.Familiarity with performance optimization techniques.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
